Custom frame enquiries
Our current custom wall-frame size is A4. You can contact us about your photograph, quote or artwork. An enquiry does not place an order or authorise payment.
Agree the details
Confirm the design, spelling, orientation, quantity, price and other order details with MyFramory before placing your order. Do not assume a specification or delivery date that has not been agreed.
Your artwork
Provide artwork that you own or are authorised to reproduce. You are responsible for permission to use any photographs, text, logos or other material you supply. Avoid sharing sensitive material that is not needed for the order.
Approval
Check the final design and all order details carefully before approval. Ask about any requested changes promptly; whether a change can be made depends on the status of the work.
Non-refundable orders
Custom orders are non-refundable under MyFramory’s store policy. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Appearance and sizing
Minor colour or appearance differences can arise from screen settings, lighting and printing. Room images are styling references and may not represent exact scale. Confirm the actual order details before approval.
