What size are your wall frames?
Our current wall-frame size is A4. Check the individual listing for orientation, the number of pieces and all other product details. Lifestyle images show styling ideas and may not show the exact scale.
Can I order a frame with my own artwork?
Yes. Use the Custom Frames enquiry form to share your idea and an artwork link. The design, price and order details must be agreed before you proceed.
Where can I see the price and what is included?
The product page shows the current price, available options and the contents of that listing. Select any required options before adding the product to your bag.
What are the delivery charges and timings?
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your address. If you need a delivery estimate before placing an order, contact us with the product and destination. Please do not assume an arrival date that has not been confirmed.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods appear at checkout. Availability may depend on the order and destination.
Can I return or replace an order?
Under our store policy, a ready-made order is eligible for replacement when the wrong product was sent. Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving it and provide video proof. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please read the full Return & Replacement and Custom Order policies before ordering. These policies do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Screen settings, lighting and printing can create minor colour or appearance variations. Please consider this when choosing artwork.
How do I choose a laptop sticker?
Measure your laptop lid and compare it with the dimensions and fitting information on the product page. The A4 frame information does not define laptop sticker sizes.
How can I ask about my order?
Use Contact Us and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase. If you have an account, you can also view the order information in My Account.
